Terms

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms apply when you sign up for lead generation services from Driveway Marketing Co. By signing up, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, use the form on our check your area page or book a call before you start.

What we do

We run Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising campaigns for UK driveway and paving installers, under the installer's own business name, and send the quote requests they generate straight to the installer, with automated text and WhatsApp follow-up. We do not screen or qualify enquiries before they reach you.

Your area

Before we start we agree your area with you in writing, usually your town plus the surrounding patch you want to work in. While you work with us we will not take on another driveway installer in that area.

Ad spend is separate

Our fee pays for our work. The money you spend on ads is separate and is paid by you, directly to Meta and Google, from your own ad accounts. We do not mark it up and we do not take a cut of it. You can see exactly what has been spent at any time.

Prices and payment

Our fee is a fixed monthly fee in pounds sterling, agreed with you before anything starts and charged each month until you cancel.

No long-term contract

There is no minimum term and no tie-in. It runs month to month, and you can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice. We will pause your campaigns at the end of the notice period and nothing further is charged after that.

Our guarantee

If the enquiries don't come, you get your money back. The terms of the guarantee are set out in writing, in your agreement, before we start.

What we need from you

We can only do our job if you do yours. That means answering and following up enquiries promptly, giving us the photos, reviews and access we need, and having the capacity to take on the work. If we cannot get what we need from you, the guarantee cannot apply.

No promise of specific numbers

We will tell you honestly what to expect in your area before you spend a penny, and report actual results weekly. Results depend on your area, your budget, how quickly you follow enquiries up, and factors outside anyone's control, so we do not promise a set number of enquiries or jobs.

Who owns what

You own your ad accounts and keep them if you leave. Our own systems, templates, automations and processes remain ours.

Confidentiality

We will not share your figures, your account data or anything else you tell us with anyone else, other than the providers listed in our privacy policy who need it to deliver the service. If we want to use your results as an example, we will ask you first.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss of profit, business or revenue arising from our services, or for anything outside our reasonable control, including a platform suspending an account or changing its rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

Complaints and law

If something has gone wrong, use the form on our check your area page or book a call and we will sort it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
