Your area
Are the leads shared with other installers?
Never. Every enquiry is generated under your business name, in your area, and sent only to you. That's the whole point of one installer per area.
How big is my area?
We agree it together before anything starts, usually your town plus the surrounding patch you actually want to work in. It's written into the agreement, so there's no ambiguity later.
What if my area's already taken?
Then we'll tell you straight away and we won't take you on in that area. We don't run two installers in the same patch.
Do you work outside the UK?
The site and the campaigns on it are for UK driveway installers.
The enquiries
How many enquiries will I get?
It depends on your area and budget, so we won't quote a number we can't stand behind. What we will do is tell you honestly what to expect before you spend a penny, and report actual results weekly.
What does an enquiry look like?
A quote request with the homeowner's name and number, sent straight to your phone, with automated follow-up so nothing goes cold while you're on a job.
Do you screen or qualify the enquiries?
No. We don't screen or qualify enquiries before they reach you. Every one goes straight to you as it comes in, so you're the first and only installer they speak to, and you decide who's worth quoting.
How quickly does the homeowner hear back?
Automated text and WhatsApp responses reach every enquiry within minutes. The firm that replies first usually wins the job.
The ads
Where do the ads run?
Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Whose name do the ads run under?
Yours. The campaigns run under your business name with your photos and reviews, so the homeowner is asking your company for a quote.
What do you need from me?
Photos of your finished drives, your reviews, and a phone you answer. We handle the ad copy, images, targeting and follow-up.
How soon do the ads go live?
Within days, not weeks.
Money and contracts
How much does it cost?
A monthly fee, agreed with you before anything starts. We'll talk it through on the call, along with honestly what to expect in your area.
Is the ad spend included?
No. You pay for the ads directly to Meta and Google, from your own ad accounts, so you can see exactly what's been spent. Our monthly fee is separate.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. It runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. The ads run from your own ad accounts, and they stay yours if you ever leave.
What if the leads don't come?
We back our work with a money-back guarantee. If the enquiries don't come, you get your money back. That's the deal, in writing, before we start.
